Newly-registered students are guided through an optional initial cognitive and academic assessment. This assessment will run for approximately two to three hours in duration.
We test a large collection of cognitive competencies, such as:
- Core brain functions: attention to detail, memory, and perceptual speed.
- Fluid intelligence: abstract reasoning, spatial reasoning, and creativity.
- Crystallized intelligence: numeric ability, verbal ability, data analysis, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving.
After the initial assessment, we perform monthly subsequent assessments, which take only 25 to 30 minutes to complete.
Based on the results of this testing, we integrate personalized brain exercises into student learning plans. By engaging their senses in these research-based exercises, students gain the skills they need to elevate their learning potential for life.
